Glass is very easy to care for. A little soap and water will do or really, put them in the dishwasher. Sinks can be kept clean with some TRR or soft scrub. As for towers, I suggest putting a cylinder in them to prevent any water leakage or waterlines from forming.
If your piece is not what you want email me and then I will either have you return it or we can figure out some other solution. Remember, these pieces are all handmade so there will be bubbles etc. that are in them which will not effect their durability.
