NO, they are not oven safe, but we do put ours into the microwave, but not for long periods of time. Avoid warming plates, direct contact with heating elements, or sudden temperature shifts.

We use USPS, FedEx, UPS, and a few other shipping companies depending on the piece to be delivered. Our goal is to get your art to you in the best (not always the cheapest) way possible. We have shipped over 90% of the work we've created (thousands of shipments!) and have an extremely low rate of breakage or losses. We always guarentee against breakage. If you can receive packages, we can deliver. We ship world-wide using the best methods and company according to the piece we are shipping. We have a long history of custom work and custom installations. For example, we created this "barn door" entrance to a bathroom for one of the "elite" rooms at the Four Seasons Resort on Maui. We have photo albums (remember we started before there were computers or insta-pics!) full of completed custom projects. We have even created custom glass floors for hot tubs. We have joined with designers and other artists for collarborated work, too. If you can imagine it, we most likely can make it from glass.

Ours has lasted for a decade and looks like new. Our process creates significant durability and chip resistance. This is true of all or finished pieces. Whether it's a bowl, platter, plate, or vase - normal handling will give you decades of enjoyment.

Often we will ship the exact piece you have purchased. This is expecially true of the towers and other higher cost items. We don't "backstock" the more collectible items. The dinnerware and other smaller price items are made one-by-one and we usually make several in one firing as they often sell in sets of four or more as dinnerware. That means they are usually examples of the design. Therefore, they may have very small differences from plate to plate or platter to platter. For example, the "Three Palm Trees" platter is "drawn", like all our pieces, with colored powders and no two are identical. It's also noteworthy that your monitor may show a slight variation in color/tone. The small variances do not affect the enjoyment. We have almost no returns for any reason, and we know that our collectors of glass art understand the nature of hand-made and support the artistry of our studio.

The towers have all been marine-grade siliconed on the seams but I suggest if you want to use them for flowers that you put a clear glass cylinder in them to hold the stems, prevent leakage, and avoid the dreade water lines.
